Annual requalification is required each calendar year from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31. Your status is good for the calendar year in which you qualify, plus the following full calendar year.

Can I still sign up if I don't have a smart phone?

Yes. You can sign up for RaceTrac Rewards and a VIP subscription directly on our website.

Can I use my subscription at RaceWay locations?

No. The RaceTrac Rewards and VIP subscription program is only valid at RaceTrac locations.

How is my personal information kept secure?

RaceTrac follows industry‑leading information security standards and best practices to keep guest data as safe and secure as possible.

How do I submit feedback on the program?

Please send your feedback to guest@racetrac.com. Your support and feedback is crucial.

What is a qualifying RaceTrac Reward product?

Inside the store, you earn 4 points per $1 spent on most products. Excluded items include alcohol, tobacco, lottery, and services such as money orders or gift cards.

All fuel grades earn 1 point per gallon.

RaceTrac may change, modify, suspend, or eliminate this rewards program without notice.

What can I do with my RaceTrac Rewards points?

You can redeem your points for free items at RaceTrac stores.

To redeem:

Tap “Redeem Points” on the Rewards page.
Choose from eligible items.
Tap “Redeem Now” to add the item to your account.
When you scan the item and your Rewards card or phone number at checkout, the discount will apply automatically.

RaceTrac may change, modify, suspend, or eliminate this rewards program without notice.

Do my RaceTrac Rewards points expire?

Yes. Unused RaceTrac Rewards points expire exactly one year after they are earned, following a first‑in, first‑out basis.

How do I track my RaceTrac Rewards status?

Track your Rewards status using the Status Tracker in the RaceTrac app. Open the app, navigate to the Rewards tab, and look for the Status section. You can check your points in real time and stay on top of your status goals throughout the year.

Does my tier level expire?

Yes. RaceTrac Rewards members must requalify for their tier status each year. To keep your status, you need to reach the annual point minimum for your current tier within the calendar year (January 1–December 31). Learn more on the Tier Changes page.

What do I need to do to maintain my tier status?

To maintain your tier status, earn the minimum number of points required for your tier during the calendar year (January 1–December 31). Once you meet the minimum, you keep that status for the rest of the current year and the full following calendar year. You’ll need to requalify each year to maintain your status.

What does yearly requalification mean?

Yearly requalification means you must earn a minimum number of points each calendar year to keep your current tier. Once you meet that threshold, you retain your status for the rest of the current year and the full following year.

For example, if you qualify for Tier 5 in September of 2025, you’ll enjoy Tier 5 benefits though December 31, 2026. Your status for 2027 will depend on your earnings in calendar year 2026.

What happens if I don't requalify for my current tier?

If you don’t meet the required point minimum for your current tier, your status for the next year will adjust to the tier that matches your earning activity. You can move back up anytime by earning enough points to qualify for a higher tier in the future.

How do I change the phone number associated with my RaceTrac Rewards account?

You can update your phone number on the RaceTrac Rewards webpage or in the RaceTrac app.

On the website: Log in and click Account in the top right corner.
In the app: Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner, then scroll to Edit Profile to update your information.

What if I forgot my username and password?

You can reset your password on the Forgot Password page. If you're still having trouble accessing your account, please contact guest@racetrac.com for assistance.

What if I decide that I no longer want the subscription, or I move to a location without any RaceTrac stores?

You can cancel your RaceTrac Rewards subscription by logging into your account on the website or app and selecting the option to cancel your subscription. This will stop your auto‑renewal payment. Your subscription will remain active until the day before your next scheduled renewal.

How do I redeem coupons?

Coupons are automatically added to your Rewards Card. Simply scan your Rewards Card barcode at checkout and the eligible savings will be applied.

How do I deactivate my account?

You can deactivate your account by going to Account Page → Personal Information → Delete Account.
