RaceTrac Rewards VIP is a premium add-on to your existing RaceTrac Rewards membership that allows you to save on every gallon you purchase from RaceTrac. For $2.49 a month, Rewards VIP members get 10¢ off per gallon on your first 40 gallons every month and 3¢ off per gallon after your first 40 gallons. Please note that your month begins upon the start date of your sign-up.

How can I purchase a RaceTrac VIP subscription?

RaceTrac accepts Visa, American Express, MasterCard, or Discover for subscription purchases through RaceTrac Rewards and the RaceTrac app. We do not accept RaceTrac gift cards to purchase the subscription at this time.

Can I still earn points on my discounted purchases if I'm a RaceTrac Rewards VIP member?

Yes. VIP is an add‑on program that allows you to save while you earn. Fuel purchases still generate 1 point per gallon as part of your RaceTrac Rewards benefits.

Can I use my RaceTrac Rewards VIP account if I prepay for fuel inside the store?

Yes. You can use your subscription whether you prepay inside the store or pay at the pump.

At the pump: Enter your RaceTrac Rewards phone number before fueling.
Inside the store: Scan your app or enter your phone number at checkout to receive your discount.

Can I use my Rewards VIP account at the extended diesel canopy and get my discount?

VIP fuel discounts are not available at the extended diesel canopy at this time. However, you can still earn loyalty points on all fuel purchases by entering your phone number at the pump, using the in‑store pin pad, or scanning your app at the register.

How do I know that I received my fuel discount?

After you enter your phone number and form of payment, the prices above each fuel grade will roll back automatically. You can also verify your savings by checking your receipt.

If you pre-pay inside the store, the rollback will not appear on the printed receipt. If you have opted in to receive e‑receipts, you can review your e‑receipt or check your savings at the top of the RaceTrac Rewards VIP page after fueling.

What do I do if the pump doesn’t appear to recognize my phone number?

If the pump doesn’t recognize your phone number, cancel the transaction and start over.
If it still isn’t working:

Open the RaceTrac app.
Tap the Settings button in the top right corner.
Scroll to Edit Profile and find your Phone Number.
Make sure the number you’re entering at the pump matches what’s listed in your profile.
If it doesn’t match, update it to your preferred phone number and try again.

What if I did not receive my expected rollback?

Contact guest@racetrac.com and submit your receipt and Rewards ID. You can find your Rewards ID by checking your app or Rewards page.

Where can I manage my RaceTrac Rewards VIP?

You can manage your RaceTrac Rewards VIP in the RaceTrac app or on the Rewards page. From your account management page, you can update your payment information, adjust your subscription settings, and edit your contact details, birthday, and more.

Do you offer auto-renewals, or do I have to sign up again after the subscription has expired?

RaceTrac Rewards VIP subscriptions automatically renew for the next billing period. Your saved payment method will be charged at renewal. If you prefer not to renew, you can cancel your subscription in your profile, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Can multiple people share one subscription? How does it work?

Yes, multiple people may share a subscription, but the same phone number used to purchase the subscription must be entered at the pump or in store. Only one phone number can be associated with a subscription. Please also keep your monthly gallon threshold in mind, as all usage counts toward the same limit.
